Return condition
Unless an item is marked final sale or otherwise excluded on its product page, eligible merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags and packaging. Items showing wear, fragrance, damage, or missing components may not be accepted.
Start a return
Email info@theurbanthreadzboutique.com with your order number, the item involved, and the reason for the request. Do not send merchandise until our team confirms the return address and instructions.
Refunds and exchanges
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges and return shipping may be non-refundable unless the item arrived incorrect or damaged. Exchange availability depends on current stock.
